This program will run from the end of January until the end of March, 2021.
Each student will be assigned to a "squad" of 5-7 other students. Your squad will be the backbone of your experience by delivering accountability, support, and camaraderie to each squad-mate. You'll meet weekly to share goals, find ways to support each other, and generally just hangout.
Each student will be matched with an mentor from one of our sponsor companies. We will provide clear guidelines for your relationship with your mentor including how frequently you should meet and how to maximize the relationship.
We fundamentally believe that Black, Latinx, and Native American students aren't uninterested in Computer Science. The problem is that in many cases you're unequipped to succeed from day one.
By running this program we believe we can unlock the next 10,000 CS graduates that would have ended up pursuing another incompatible career path if not for us.
